$999 plus HST

This 90-minute working session is where every new client begins. Together we review your current fundraising systems, clarify your goals and internal capacity, and outline clear next steps. Whether you continue with CCC or not, you’ll leave with a clear set of priorities and actions to move your fundraising forward.

If we mutually decide to move forward with a Collaborative Cause package within 90 days, the full cost of your Strategy Session is applied to that engagement.

Best fit if:
– You currently raise at least 25,000 dollars per year in individual giving
– You have a lapsed donor file you want to re-engage

Our Process

Step 1: Strategy Session

A 90 minute working session with Tanya to review your current fundraising, clarify your goals, and identify your best next steps.

Step 2: Groundwork and Strategic Plan (first 60–90 days)

We review your revenue mix, supporter data, and recent campaigns, audit your CRM and key touchpoints, and build a practical 12 to 18 month fundraising plan and campaign calendar.

Step 3: Implementation

We execute campaigns and appeals from your plan, refine supporter journeys and stewardship touchpoints, and provide regular reporting and strategy reviews.

Every engagement has a senior fundraising strategist responsible for overall direction, and a dedicated account manager who coordinates day to day work and communication. Additional specialists in CRM, systems, or creative are brought in as needed.

Once your foundation is clear, you can choose the level of partnership that fits your goals and internal capacity.

    When your plan includes grants, events, or corporate partnerships, we fold those elements into your overall strategy and, where needed, coordinate support through trusted collaborators from our extended network.

  • For select organizations, we also support capital or special campaigns that build on your existing community relationships. These engagements draw on the same strengths as our ongoing work: clear strategy, strong systems, and relational fundraising, supported by our campaign creative partners.

    Because of the intensity of this work, we only take on one campaign at a time. If you have a capital or special campaign on the horizon, we can explore whether it’s a fit during your Strategic Fundraising Coaching Session.

  • Groundwork is a focused 2 to 3 month engagement to get your fundraising systems ready for growth. I work with you on CRM selection and setup, workflow automation, donor journey mapping, and story bank development so your fundraising has a strong foundation.

    Groundwork includes:

    • a full systems audit

    • a prioritized improvement roadmap

    • implementation of agreed changes

    • hands on team training so your staff can use the systems with confidence

    All Groundwork projects begin with a Strategy Call, a 90 minute working session at $999 to clarify your priorities, map your current systems, and confirm that Groundwork is the right next step. If we mutually decide to go ahead, the Strategy Call fee is credited toward the project.

    Groundwork is offered at a project rate of $7,500 plus HST and has limited availability each year.
