Fundraising and Client Delivery Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re growing our team! Collaborative Cause Consulting is hiring a part-time Fundraising and Client Delivery Coordinator to support client strategy and donor program growth. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships and shape CCC’s next stage of growth.

  • Fundraising and Client Delivery Coordinator

    Part-Time, Remote in Nova Scotia
10 hours per week to start | $28 to $32 per hour
Start date: Mid- to late January 2026 (flexible)

Collaborative Cause Consulting helps nonprofits grow individual giving through practical fundraising systems, donor journeys, and coordinated implementation. We support organizations across Canada through fractional fundraising, campaigns, and systems development.

This role is ideal for an emerging fundraising professional who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to grow into leadership within client delivery.

Candidates must reside in Nova Scotia. This is a remote role with occasional travel for client meetings or events.

    About the Role

This position begins at approximately 10 hours per week and focuses on supporting client work and internal fundraising systems. As you learn CCC’s approach, responsibilities will expand to include implementing fundraising activities, using digital tools, supporting grants and campaigns, and gradually taking on more coordination with clients.

Depending on client needs, you may also be assigned a client-facing support role, such as acting as a Fractional Campaign Manager for a capital campaign or serving as the implementation lead for a client’s individual giving program, while overall strategy and oversight remain with CCC’s senior strategist.

This progression is gradual and supported. You will not be expected to take on client leadership until you have the tools, training, and experience to do so confidently.

Hours will increase as responsibilities grow. You will also coordinate with CCC’s trusted collaborators who support marketing, creative, digital, and communications work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Fundraising support

    • Prepare donor lists, segmentation files, and stewardship materials

    • Maintain donor data and produce dashboard reports

    • Support donor and prospect research, including grant and partner pipelines

    • Assist with annual giving, monthly giving, and donor journey activities

    • Prepare capital campaign materials and tracking tools

    • Maintain organized templates, files, and internal systems

    Grant support

    • Assist with grant proposals, background materials, and reporting

    • Track deadlines and proposal components

    • Coordinate required attachments and information from clients

    Digital fundraising

    • Prepare content for email fundraising, newsletters, and online campaign pages

    • Support donor journey steps and simple automations

    • Work confidently across digital tools (CRM, email systems, online fundraising tools, project management platforms)

    • Coordinate with external creative and digital collaborators

    Growing responsibilities

As you gain experience in CCC’s systems and approach, and as client needs evolve, your role will gradually expand to include leadership responsibilities such as:

    • Managing day-to-day client communication

    • Leading portions of client meetings and presenting updates

    • Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and project flow

    • Overseeing implementation of fundraising activities from client plans

    • Drafting donor communications and stewardship updates with minimal oversight

    • Identifying donor or campaign insights through dashboard reporting

    • Supporting higher-level planning for campaigns or grants

As responsibilities grow, your hours and compensation will increase accordingly, and you will receive support and guidance as you step into more client-facing leadership.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Approximately 2–3 years of experience in individual giving and/or donor stewardship (or equivalent combination of experience and skills)

    • Experience working in a CRM and managing donor data/reports

    • Hands-on involvement in stewardship, annual giving, donor journeys, or campaigns

    • Strong donor-focused writing skills

    • Comfort working across a variety of digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms

    • Experience supporting grant preparation or reporting

    • Residency in Nova Scotia and the ability to participate in occasional travel with notice

    Nice to have

    • Familiarity with platforms such as DonorPerfect, Keela, or Raisely

    • Experience supporting capital campaign tasks

    • Education in a related field (asset but not required)

    • Clear and respectful communication with a range of stakeholders

    • Ability to work independently and seek support when needed

    Compensation and Hours

    • $28 to $32 per hour to start

    • Rate increases as you take on client-facing and leadership responsibilities

    • 10 hours per week to start

    • Intended to grow into a full-time position as CCC expands

    • Remote within Nova Scotia, with occasional travel
