Current Opportunity

Junior Account Manager/Fractional Fundraiser

We’re growing and we’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager / Fractional Fundraiser to join our small but mighty team. This is a part time subcontractor role, ideal for someone who thrives in the nonprofit sector and has experience implementing fundraising strategies across a range of disciplines.

  • Part-Time Subcontractor | Remote (Canada-based) | Weekly Pay: $360–$500 based on experience and client load

This is a part-time subcontractor role, ideal for someone with 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience - particularly in individual giving - who is seeking flexible, meaningful work in a remote-first environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients - mission-driven nonprofits doing meaningful work across Canada - by managing fundraising projects, building strong relationships, and helping bring strategic plans to life. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, and who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support fractional fundraising projects for our nonprofit clients

    • Take the lead on implementing strategies focused on individual giving, including donor communications, campaign coordination, and stewardship

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with client teams

    • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in client CRMs (e.g., Keela, DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge)

    • Collaborate with our team of specialists (grant writers, digital content creators, etc.) to keep projects moving forward

    Who You Are

    • You bring 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a strong focus on individual giving

    • A confident communicator who builds trust with clients and internal team members

    • Organized, proactive, and happy to dive into both strategy and execution

    • Experienced in juggling multiple projects with professionalism and care

    • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

    Tools We Use

We collaborate remotely using tools like Motion, Google Drive, and Canva. Familiarity is a plus, but comfort learning new tools is more important.

    What We Offer

    • Flexible, remote-first work environment

    • A collaborative, values-driven team

    • Client work that’s rooted in purpose, not pressure

    • Opportunities to grow with us as we expand our service offerings and client base

    Compensation

This is a part-time subcontractor role with fixed weekly pay based on experience and level of responsibility. Rates are set at the start of each phase, rather than tracked hourly.

These weekly rates apply per client account and are based on expected weekly workload and responsibilities:

    • Onboarding and Client Support (8–10 hours/week): $360–$400/week

    • Client Account Management (10–12 hours/week): $450–$500/week

Most new team members begin in the Onboarding and Client Support phase for the first 6–8 weeks, working closely with our founder and team to get familiar with our systems, approach, and clients. Once you take on direct responsibility for a client account, your hours and rate will increase accordingly.

Your weekly rate covers all work related to the client account, including deliverables, communication, and relevant CCC team meetings. We keep internal meetings purposeful and minimal so you can focus on what matters most.

Final rates are determined based on your experience and the complexity of the assigned client work.
